Kleemann is a VERY expensive Phantom Grip, not a true LSD...
Woody could tell you the exact drivability differences as he has had both the Phantom Grip and now the Wavetrac.

The second portion is a judgement call. If you race or abuse even a stocker, there is a possibility of breaking the stock diff.
