( If you want to make it REAL easy - remove the fan : 2 clips at the top and unplug the wire - pulls right out when you finagle the hoses somewhat. )

I was able to get the new belt on and I also cleaned up the engine oil. Most of it was on the s plastic pan under the engine.
By removing the fan it made the job a lot easier.
