Well installation of the belt pulley tensioner went fine. What I found easier and as mentioned is if you put the serpentine belt on first from the alternator makes it easier . So started and all seems fine except now I notice some smoke from the driver's side header car being sitting for a week so I'm hoping that I don't have to replace the header gasket . When replacing do you do both sides or just the one with the problem?

Most likely it is oil leaking from the valve cover vent covers, those are sealed at the factory to the valve cover with RTV sealant.
Do both sides.
You will need to remove them, clean the old RTV real good ( making sure to not let any get into the engine ), then reseal with a small bead of black RTV all around.
Be very careful with the small aluminum cap screws !!!!

And the small aluminum screws are intended to be a 1x use only. You should replace these screws when re-assembling the crankcase breather covers to the valve covers. Here's a post that gives you the torque values for the screws when tightening: CLICK. Just slightly over "finger-tight" is a good reference if you don't have a torque wrench. Maybe a 1/8 turn past "finger-tight".
