Most likely it is oil leaking from the valve cover vent covers, those are sealed at the factory to the valve cover with RTV sealant.
Do both sides.
You will need to remove them, clean the old RTV real good ( making sure to not let any get into the engine ), then reseal with a small bead of black RTV all around.
Be very careful with the small aluminum cap screws !!!!
