Just a suggestion ( what I would do ) :

Jack both rears up and place on jack stands, chock the fronts.
DO NOT GO UNDER CAR UNLESS ON JACK STANDS !!! - I did that once and was almost killed.
Put it in neutral, and have someone turn the rears by hand while you skinny under and listen real good.

Even better yet is to locate some place with a lift that leaves the wheels free, most tire places have this and slip them a few bucks for 10 minutes or so of lift time.
