So if I read the diagnostics portion of the repair manual correctly it is saying replace with a new CLP/SSM and all should be good. I still want to check the vac line on the bend at the hatch to make sure there is no leak there. If there is a leak I should be able to hear it, right??
Have you tested the ports for air pressure and vacuum?
If they are OK then the problem lies in the lines or locks.
