If you need to remove the MAF sensor you will find two tamper resistant screws will need to be undone. These are a rare type of Torx screws in as much as they only have five lobes, not the normal six.
You can see that they are a bit chopped up as I managed to use a tamper resistant straight bit screwdriver, the slotted type.
Beaner said he used a regular slotted screwdriver. The screws are a bit tight so be careful you do not stab yourself.
