Default Had car at dealer

Car went into shop Wednesday to have the seat heater repaired and the low oil sensor fixed as the light was on constantly. Got car back yesterday. Walked out this morning and there's about a quart of oil under the car and as I bent down I'm watching it drip off the skid plate. Call dealer, brought car right back. Thought they had just not tightened the drain plug but no...turns out the oil pan cracked either when they put it back on after repairing the sensor or while taking it off. Just got a call....about a week to get the new pan. At least they give loaner cars so I'm driving a 2011 Subaru Outback for the next seven or so days. Both repairs were covered under the max care warranty so I just had to pay the $100 deductible. By the way...brought the letter about repairing the top as mine fell in over the summer. They have no idea what to do so I asked the service manager to follow up but I doubt he will do it so I'll follow up with Chrysler next week when I get the car back.
