I'm glad you posted this question. I've heard a popping noise coming from the pax door approx. 30 seconds to a couple of minutes after closing it. I couldn't ever tell what was causing it. A friend of mine got in the other day, closed the door....a few seconds... pop! She said she thought it was coming from the window.

Last night I was driving and there was a significant amount of road noise coming through the driver's door as if it wasn't closed all the way. So while still moving I opened the door and firmly pulled it shut. The road noise disappeared but about 10 seconds later there was this loud muffled thud/pop next to my head and behind. It sound like the window was popping into place or something.

I wondered if if this related to the window noise/window adjustment problem.
