To the negatives...
If you did not like the political section, you did not have to be there.
If you even once voiced an opinion on that section, you did it by choice.
Something drew your attention and made you think.
To the positives...
I am sad for us all that a venue for shared ideas has been snuffed out as unimportant.
The political section was only divisive to those who refused to read it with an open mind, and failed to see the merit of objective postings from different viewpoints.
To Julian...
Once we begin to curtail open discussion of ideas, whether political, ethical or societal, we are all damaged.
