What that involves is communication and my dealer was absolutely lacking in it. He didn't know squat about the car - after ten minutes with the owner's manual I knew more about it than he did. I wouldn't even mind if he said "I don't know", but he tried to BS me on a couple of issues.
Service wise - they've been pretty OK - not great. The body shop guy is terrific - there was s ding in the bumper and he was meticulous about getting it out. I called about the fogging headlight deal and they said - bring it in and if we need parts we'll order them, instead of getting the kit when there is a TSB. I know I'm going to leave it there all day Thursday and then have to bring it back in a month when they get the parts...
I didn't trash them on the evaluation, but I didn't give them a gift, either...
