$17,000 is WAY overpriced for what you are getting. The only real issue is having manifold made. You could probably run a log style manifold (for a fraction of the price of an equal length) and still make 400+. The hard part would be fuel management. You need a standalone system that can index boost readings. Something like a greddy emanage w/ the boost read add on; or an AEM EMS... The other major concern would be the internals of the bottom end.
