I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem. While sitting still & idling I get exhaust fumes in the car. Once I get rolling it goes away. It happens on all settngs of the climate control, heat or AC, cold or hot.
The vents also blow warm air when on outside vent & set on max cold, AC not turned on.

I searched and didn't find anything like this. Before I tear my whole dash apart, is the climate control vacuum operated or part of some module? I'm old school and used to vacuum controls.

My suspicion is that the vent to allow fresh air from the front is not working and the system is sucking air through the vents back by the rear bumper.

Any ideas or guidance?
