Confirmed on both suspicions.

Unconfirmed numbers at the moment...

I'm still hunting my replacement car, and honestly I'm not going to let transmission dictate the purchase. My biggest priority is a sano interior and clean bill of health. Lantana is running the V-8 on his transmission and no issues yet. We can always retard the power of the turbo kit to "just" 330-TQ (330 flywheel TQ is not a wimpy number with our gearing and weight).

With auto I have paddle-shifters and TCU mod. With manual, I have the ability to pick gears whenever (though not necessarily faster or smoother).

So, it's still a toss-up. Longevity concerns with the upgraded clutch and DM flywheel are very real to me, and are currently unchartered territory.

For the price of the new clutch, flywheel, and the labor to reassemble it all, you can send your transmission to RennTech and have them rebuild it stronger.

Just a thought...
