I know what it is! There is a cooling fan that draws cabin air into the ECU/BCM box to cool the electronics. On cold mornings mine will howl just like the Secondary Air Pump. Dry bearings. And usually I restart the car after it warms up a little and it goes away. Take the cover off the ECU/BCM box and see if that is it.
