So, assuming the gentleman behind the desk is right, and there is
zero benefit from the SRT wing, would anyone be willing to hazard a guess as to why I felt more stability at speed
after the installation of said wing?
If an added ~5 pounds to the rear causes that much more bite to the road, and it cannot
under any circumstances be attributed to the surface area of the wing being doubled, then why aren't we just throwing a ten-pound barbell in the cavity where most folks put the first-aid kit?
Then you have ten pounds of additional downforce AND better gas mileage!
We might see a market for used SRT wings after all.
