Linstr63, many SRT6 owners here on the forum have posted sub 13 sec, "stock" 1/4 mile time as well.
Personally, I've never owned a "New" car that I haven't been able to better the 1/4 mile times printed in the magazine roadtests (after the car was broke in).
Usually the Magazine Roadtests are done with cars that are relatively low mileage examples that haven't been properly broke in. It's not unheard of to see a car perform differently with 7000 miles on it after the engine loosens up a bit.
