For road courses the wider the rear tires the less negative camber you'll need too, especially with a 30 or 35 profile tire.

Your power mods are basically the same as mine and I ran a 12.2 in Atari mode on a Mustang dyno! I still haven't learned to put the power down in the 1/4 mile in real life.
