Hey guys, I am pretty sure this is in my future but have a question. Will this include a handheld tuner or will we have to go find someone with a tuner to tweak the parameters? I have an EC tune and the MAF screen/elbow baffles removal mods in total. Thanks!

Also, will getting the TCU update from EC affect or be affected by the turbo upgrade, before or after?
