the motors are completely different. srt6 motors are hand built amg motors, very strong, every piece is pretty much different. i don't know what injectors we have and you would need some sort of ecu upgrade. i bar is a measurement of boost, 14.6 psi or something around there. ecu and injectors are really a minimal cost compared to a procharger, those systems usually run around 5 grand but work very well. i believe the z system puts down 380 whp or so, runs like a high 12. i would assume a similar system on our car would put down 300 whp. i'm looking for about 275 - 325 but just don't want to be the first to plunge and have been waiting for someone else to do something first. i was on of the first people to put a 13bt into a first gen rx7 and its too much work to do something like that or this for the first time and takes too much time and effort. hope you pursue it. i would say at least 50 people have claimed they were going to do this and nothing ever came of it. the only really knowledgeable person tech wise around here is hddp, others will speak, but don't know what they are talking about (sorta like me). hope it works out for you.
