This is why they hate taking old cars as part exchange - he had to put my old Ford on ebay and loose money rather than put it on the forecourt for a
higher asking price and risk a new owner making all sorts of claims.
I was going to post the same thing - sold as seen is no longer a legally usable excuse to sell iffy cars - take it back. The airbag light etc are safety items so feel free to kick off about them with the dealer. A puncture and a bulb out can happen to anyone anytime so are not relevant.
