Good deal!.. from what I've tried to learn about these systems.. it seems the "digital" ones didn't need the added resistors, thanks for confirming. I've found my biggest issue is trying to see at night when it's raining or roads are wet on my country trek home. White and yellow paint is used sparingly on these roads..lol.
