Another update after a bloody long day - Stock take, machine breakdowns & having to take a big boys toy back & forth to garage don't mix to well.
Anyway got car back from dealer today (who to be fair has been good) broken rubber seal (causing leak) fixed, 2 brand new front tyres, airbag checked & error light reset.
Said they checked for errors to the locking pump & couldn't find anything, but said if it goes within 3 month warranty period he will have a look at sorting it out.
I had a good look at engine back at work....not for any particular reason but a work colleague was intrigued (& somewhat jealous) & there is a brand new alternator in there, so that's good.
Think the handbrake may need tightening or something? as it creaks & moves forward slightly when parked on slope (our driveway has a slope to it) but being an auto in park mode shouldn't really matter I believe?.
So startng to feel more relaxed & starting to enjoy my car now, bit dodgy steering aside it drives lovely & being auto it makes a lazy driver out of you
Just need to get the water stains out of headliner as best as possible (not to bad now they've dried a little), the interior on the whole is in excellent condition as is the body work.
Had it in the work unit today & everyone was very impressed by it & couldn't believe the amount of car for the money, neighbours have commented "you robbed a bank or something?" or the lad over road commenting "nice to see the mid lifer is starting early" lol.

Anyway enough of my drivel....sorry to be a panicky/droning divot & I promise to be a little more upbeat (till next crisis lol).
