You must be new to the business.People complain about their cars if they spent 10 grand or 100 grand.I understand when someone buys a new car they expect perfection and they should.When they have a problem their going to complain and most dealers give them BS.This forum would offer nothing if we didn't discuss any of our problems or dealer issues.You haven't offered more than a few wise cracks anyway.You sound a little jealous....are you???
