Have U got this right?
Car drives good.
Get tires and alignment from Express
Car drives bad.
Go to Pepboys and now you need front end rebuilt.

Did Express get the opportunity to correct problem?

The alignment is unacceptable. The front suspension joints may be loose. But the information here says the drive issue is TIRES!
