I'm looking to see about how many might be going so that I can try to set something up with Levon Helm's staff in advance. They allow a group rate and minor discount for 5 or more people buying tickets at once, but entry and seating is a first come basis. Tickets can sell pretty fast once the Rambles are announced and I'm trying to get a little more consideration on that end for our group coming in, but I want to give a fairly accurate count on how many to expect. I want them to recognize the Crossfire Owners Group so that when we call in they'll know about us. It may not give us any advantage at all, but I'm going to try. The same for the hotels - there are really only a couple that we can get, so we'll want to be on their radar early too. Everyone will be responsible for their own reservations and Ramble tickets, but I'd like to make it as easy as possible.
