He is 100% right. When you buy something, especially something as expensive as a vehicle, you expect it to be damn near perfect or as close as you can get. We also expect and demand "good" customer service when we go in with a problem. If you think men get talked down to, ask my wife or any other women the line of bulls--- they get.

Poor quality and bad service are what kept the American auto industry down for many years. Most American auto makers now boast how proud they are of the great strides they've taken to improve the quality of their products. (Doesn't one company still advertise, "Quality is job one)?

This is a forum for people who own, wished they owned, or are looking for information on the Crossfire. Because we discuss our problems and vent out frustration does not mean the car is crap or we dislike it. Some of us, myself included, had problems with their car. Most got them fixed, some easier than others. ...and yes, having to wait "eight" or even worse "21"days for a replacement tire is absurd.

The bottom line is: realize that folks here are talking about "their" car to each other, be it good or bad. We pound are chests with pride of ownership, we're looking for information and how to get things fixed. We vent when things are not right. If you don't understand... you don't need to be here.

It's Friday... another great Arizona weekend is upon us, the sun is shining, the birds are chirping and it's going to be in the mid 60's all weekend... gotta hit the streets and enjoy #2815. What a ride!!!

BTW: If something craps out, you bet I'll be here come Monday morning pissing, moaning and complaining about it till it gets fixed. That's just the way it goes. Later.... 8) :P

Opps, almost forgot...
