I looked at the rotation arrow on the sidewall, and they are the right way.
I took it back to Express Tire, and lets just say I'm never going back there again.

Then I took it to Les Schwab, They said the front end is good. The steering links, suspension, ball joints, were all tight and in good working order. The tech drove it and did notice the wandering. From looking at the alignment report from Express tire, he said the car should have a slight pull to the right and due to the camber a little wobble? I'm scheduled to re-due the alignment at Les Schwab in 5hrs.

Could it just be new groves in the road from all the people that still have studded tires on since November even though it never snowed/had ice?
Could it be possible that the steering damper is shot, or was removed by the first shop that worked on the car?
