Not really - if you remove the front sidelights, you can see the outside bottom bolt for the headlight. Then all you have to do is turn the wheel all the way left/right, remove the little door, and use a 1/4" 10mm on a 6" extension to remove that bolt. The inside bolt can be accessed inside the hood with a 10mm open end and your fingers.

Here's a hint I may have mentioned in another post : after removing all 4 mounting bolts, the plugin wiring harness and the running light, if you then remove the 2 hollow adjustment things on each side of the headlight bottom, you can remove it from the car much easier, as it provides more clearance.
Upon re-installation, get the light assembly in, then start the two adjusters in the threads. Mount the headlight with the top 2 bolts first, then hand adjust the adjusters until they just touch the mounting tabs, secure with the 2 bottom bolts.
