You guys are all hilarious! Cry in Cryhtec! *** in Assistance! HAHAHA
Anyhow I've never complained about Crossfire, but since the issues are brought up here are mine. I wasn't able to get a loaner or rental at another Chrysler dealership (not the selling dealership) for my warranty repair. So I had to drive back to the selling dealer to get my car serviced. The Crossfire was at the dealer for close to 14 days, and this was to replace and oxygen sensor that went out prematurely and add camber bolts. The car pulled extreme rights while driving straight. I was told some cars need them some don't. I don't understand why camber bolts didn't come on the car straight from the factory if they were necessary to keep the car going straight. I was told it took awhile because they had to special order the bolts and oxygen sensor because it wasn't an item they keep in stock. However I didn't complain about it, the selling dealer offered excellent service and didn't deny me a loaner. I didn't mind the wait because it just meant that my Crossfire saw less road wear. For anyone in Houston, Archer Chrysler offers excellent service and I highly recommend them to anyone.
