It was certainly a pleasure to meet you guys also. And, a delightful trip too.
Wow, what a fine wonderful cruising machine!
Absolutely no troubles along the way.
The real difficulty occurred after stopping at McDonalds for coffee, it took me 15 minutes to find the cup holder.
The CF never missed a beat. Runs perfectly. The suspension is perfectly aligned. The tires are perfect, obviously. No rattles, no vibrations, no buzzes. The straight line stability of this thing is near perfect. The only car I can think of in the same league for stability is the Porsche 928. It also tracks beautifully through long fast sweeping bends. The tranny is marvelous and the clutch feels just to my liking. I was very comfortable in the seat, but found the window open caused a “beating” of the shoulder harness. …. No big deal, after I realized it wasn’t a heart attack.
It seems obvious that the moveable spoiler literally moves the aero center of pressure farther aft thus giving it a longer moment about the CG. That is clearly a contributor to the stability. A good stroke
Summed up, the CF is one magnificent machine.
Were it not for that cup holder
