I was refering to the fact that offending a customer or co-worker is not good "customer relations" Having been in Real Estate for 30 years I can't recall ever telling a client they were "stupid, or ignorent, or uninformed. Although I have had many who "knew it all."

You got'a know how to thell them to go to hell, but enjoy the trip. Bobby N"s explanation was great, but his into lacking. Lighted up.



Many "experts" don't know Jack or Jill. Prospective -communicate in a manner that informs and enlightens, not pisses the customer off.

Of course those who truley love their work and are passoniate about their product get angry when someone offends it or them. :shock: ops:
