Hawk HPS is by far the best pad I've ever used. Not as clean as the Akebono pads, but MUCH cleaner than the stockers, and the braking power is quite strong for a street-rated pad. Akebono's single claim to fame is dust-free... Hawk has been a staple in the SCCA for years.
