I recently had my lenses cleaned up figuring that would help....
high beams projecting well

hardly any light with low beams.....any suggestions.....Is there some way of adjusting just the low beams? I only know of the one adjusting white ****.
I tried adjusting the beams higher.....but then highs are too high....

I would appreciate any help here. thanks
