Same theory applies when someone dyno's there stock car with a well-worn and dirty air filter before then drops in a brand new K+N and does another run...of course the second runs numbers are going to be higher, just in the fact that the filter is clean...On an older car the only way to truly validate the results is running a test with a properly connected and secure electrical grounds and installing new OEM wires to begin with then repeat the dyno with these "magic" wires on the car. It would be truly surprising to see more then maybe 1-2 hp. difference if that...
