I have an '05 6 speed roadster and I love it. I think it could be smoother with a better syncro throws, but I have definitely seen worse. I think the better the driver, the less of a problem it is for quick shifting. If your inexperienced with racing through the gears of a manual it may be real problematic. I still prefer the manual for the control of the gears and fun.
