Re: BEGi Crossfire Turbo Kit by Bell Experimental Group
UPDATE
First attempt at a dyno run was a bust. It would not go over 4500 rpm due to traction control. Tim and Terry (with the help of Bob) found a way around it and it goes back Monday for dyno stuff. I have done data logging on the ECU. Surprisingly this engine runs very little timing advance. It still has decent power and get up and go. But no timing advance. It’s not a problem, just not something I was expecting. Otherwise all engine parameters seem fairly normal. We have the ECU reflash squared away too. Getting ready to test that next week, I think. Also, this car does not like shifting into 2nd gear. IS there a trick to it, or does it need a tranny fluid flush?
So. Is there a problem with our cars shifting into 2nd? I don't recall any but I didn't have a chance to get too familiar with it before it left for Texas.
