The dealership was concerned that the paint on the doors would not match the rest of the car. They wanted to blend in the paint and then clearcoat the entire sides of the car. They had to disassemble it to paint and seal all the panels correctly.I am getting a new paint job for free on 3/4 of the car. They are also paying for a rental that I have had for the past week.
