These may be perfectly safe but I never liked them the first time I saw them years ago. Just my opinion and you won't ever find them on my car. Seems like a lot stress on such a small hub. I prefer the spacers that require the lug bolt to go all the way thru them into the hub. Again as I said, just my preference.
