Fingers crossed is a bunch of B.S.; we shouldn't need pointers,cross our fingers, or have to monitor whether our spacing has changed or not. Install is about as simple as it gets. Anyways, I actually just looked at it, tried bending it a bit to get out the uneveness. Seem to have worked. I will start engine in an hour to hear whether the sound is still present. Now, question remain as you said, break in period, wear and tear, spring to soft and other problems?
