So does a DVD with over 3000 stock and tuned maps make you cringe too? Just saying if no one touched their cars we'd all be running stock versions and paying dealer repair bills wouldn't we.
Just like Turbo Charging.. someone (Corky) said it's doable and has stepped out to get it done.
I would have to say Eurocharge (at least) knows you can flash your own or their mapping program wouldn't be "vin specific" encoded. And yeah I realize you probably need a German-English dictionary (or google translater).

And once again let me reflect back to the screen and baffle removal on the throttle body that was going to jack your engine up if you took it out and wouldn't give you any performance gains.. I just loved that thread!
