The light switch is involved with the turn signals somehow. Your problem could lie there. The hazard lights are on the same switch circuit, do they work when you are having trouble?
The hazards work fine and aren't influenced by the bulb out notification light. Whatever the issue is it seems to be getting worse, and now I can only get the bulb out warning light to go off if my engine is warm and I have headlights on !!!
