Funny you should mention that... Im not getting out, but I wanted to let everyone know Im postponed for a while. I told Stephanie what happened and am waiting for a reply.

A fork in the road came up for me 2 weeks ago, on one side I had this kit and on the other I had a house. Unfortunately the funds for this have been used for a down payment and some closing costs. I had been watching the market for about a year now waiting for something good. I found this house that was appraised at 118,000, but was foreclosed. Freddie Mac only wanted 52xxx, so I am now in escrow. So far inspections are going well, it will cost about 3xxx to get the house in perfect shape for my family of 4 and most of the cost is painting inside and out/supplies.

Sorry for any Californians waiting for someone to talk to the smog ref first. If anyone needs help with that just PM me. I have all the needed numbers and info. Its a very easy process.
