I think i will me ordering shims as well, it seems in have a similar sound, i used the one original shim. also the gaps on the spring loaded plate back of the pulley seems to be off a bit, 2mm gap on one side 4mm on the other. looks a bit odd while rotating i installed at the start of the winter, only had a few times to run it before putting the car away for the winter.
