That's right sports fans! Today I mounted 255/35/18 Hankook RS-3 tires on my Forgestars 18x9 ET 30 and ............ the jury is still out. After mounting the tires I could fit, just, a credit card between the suspension and tire. Drove home swerving and braking hard to test the fit. I didn't hear any rubbing, which means nothing until I pull the wheels tomorrow to check for tell tale signs or lack thereof. Up to now they fit better than 245/35/18's which were rubbing the liner a touch. I'll update this thread as I put the fitment through a torture test.
