Default Hood lever won't pop the Hood! How do I pop the hood form the outside?
I went to pull my hood release lever to check my fluids and the hood won't pop open.

I had my radiator replaced not too long ago and they might have messed up my hood cable...or I just need to lube the latch.

..either way,

How do I pop the hood latch open? Coat hanger? Large screwdriver? Where do I put it?
