aschrager - The person's insurance company that hit you owes you much $$$money$$$ for"Diminished Value." But you got to let his/her insurance company know you are asking for it. It's good money so don't forget to ask, and don't let his/her insurance company tell you they don't pay Diminished Value.

Go Back And Get Your Money They Owe You, Do It ASP. It'll be a percent of the 13k that was spent repairing the Crossfire, if not all of it. Afterwards I'll take ten per cent for turning you onto Diminished Value (but I won't hold my breath, just joking). My wife had a wreck with her Chevy Tracker and the insurance company (of the lady that hit her) is ready to write the check as I type. Just not agreed on an amount yet.
