That is very true, but Chrysler logs "Under Briefly Describe" so the company can keep track of what Chrysler owners are complaining about (they use it as input for future fixes and designs).That is the reason you must cut and paste United Chrysler Crossfire Owners Under Briefly Describe. Sent Chrysler an email and then call a day or so later and ask them if they got an email from you. You will find the email listed under United Chrysler Crossfire Owners. It's not a people thing, it's a computer thing.
