Reading this thread and some others has got me wondering. Are there really that many Crossfires out there half broken? Is the car and the support really that bad? I haven't had mine long, but I don't have a single major issue. It is even used with 22k miles. I do have the window noise issue, for which there is of course the TSB. However, even it hasn't yet been enough of a bother for me to run to the dealership.
Once upon a time I had a problem with a motherboard. I checked the newsgroups for that manufacture and found all these people complaining about it. And in my youth I commented that this board must really, really suck with all these people complaining. It was then pointed out to me that the people head over heals happy with the board aren't posting to the newsgroups.
At this point I wonder if it is the same thing. So, with that in mind, if everyone is willing I would love to see what the ratio between happy owners and unhappy owners are on this board. Please, count the entire experience when you reply. The only exception to that would be dealership issues if you've only taken it to one dealership, assuming you have more than one around.
Anyone up for a go?

I also agree you may be going a bit overboard.. HOWEVER, I'm not excited to hear that Chrysler Corp will not work for you to TRY to resolve the situation.
When I had a Toyota I sent an email to Toyota via their website and the local service center called me the next day. They were not happy with me but I got things done without a fight.

Chrysler told me to lemon law the car last go round...Hawaii has a lot of weird requirements leading up to it. My biggest issue with the lemon law is that it costs ME money and the total onus is on me...I want Chrysler to take responsibility for the car and just give me some trade assist to get out of it... I wouldn't consider trading it if it was functioning properly.

PS Thanks to anyone who replies/replied on my behalf.

I just saw your request for help, guess I was asleep at the wheel. Did an email on your behalf, hope it helps. I got all my glass replaced, because peolpe from this board emailed Chrysler asking Chrysler to help me. hooah (Thanks)
If everyone on the board, or just passing by would do emails for people needing help with their Crossfires Chrysler would pay some attention. Maybe we would see the dealerships getting their acts together. We as Crossfire owners need to realize that this is a stepchild car for Chrysler, ask yourself "has Chrysler ever tried to sell a car of this type before" (the service department does'nt even know what to do with themselves when a Crossfire drives into the service area, hooah). We should all support each other whenever we can, or we'll find ourselves setting in the cold one day, "mark my words".
If you want to help Jess or any other Crossfire owner here is what you do:

Cut and paste this short paragraph.
“Chrysler please assist the owner of the 2005 Crossfire with VIN 00000000 "(last eight numbers of the person's VIN)" in anyway you can. The owner of the Crossfire is an unsatisfied Crossfire owner. The owner is unable to get any assistance from the Chrysler dealership that sold the Crossfire to him or her..
If everyone that views this thread does this, then we can ROCK their boats. Chrysler has never felt the power of the net.
