It's been mentioned several times in the heated seat failure threads that it would be prudent to also replace the "Control Module", otherwise known as Switch, Heated Seat. Chrysler p/n [FONT='Calibri','sans-serif']05097522AA. This part is and has been on nationwide back order with NO ETA for a significant period of time. This part controls the timing, current, voltage to both seat heating elements. It's located behind the row of switches at the bottom of the center console (Limited). It should be replaced if either seat heating element has shorted or opened. Is there an equivalent MB SLK 230, SLK 320, SLK 32 part number ??
